Approaching Storm

Look ahead in the distance and you'll see a storm approaching. The sky is angry yet I also see calmness and light in the foreground (there's always hope). This sky was painted very organically by wetting the paper and applying wet pigment to various areas. I usually let the paint do what it does best, but sometimes I do guide it to achieve a particular look. I'm happy with the result on this one!
