Gathered Wall Pouch

This decorative "play on fabric” wall piece is made by pressing vintage lace into the clay, then gathering a round slab all around the edges, setting it on its side to form the flat back that rests against the wall, then adding a coil at the opening. It holds water for live plants or cut flowers, or can be used for holding toothbrushes or makeup brushes in the bathroom or holding pens and pencils in the office. Fits great if you have a narrow wall space to fill.
