Fine silver leaf does something magical when encased in pale green glass. To make these earrings, silver leaf is placed between two layers of transparent glass, pressed with a special tool that leaves the veins behind, and pulled into a graceful leaf shape, all while kept warm in the flame of a torch. They are finished with small silver beads and sterling silver French ear wires.
