Tulips again? Yes, but this time they have a free-flowing form that gives a more relaxed feel to the art. The yellow with red coloring brings a cheery brightness and the soft colors in the background add to the calmness of the piece.

These tulips also started as a complete pencil drawing for its composition, but became watercolor with only watercolor pen accents to enhance it. Moving on to digital allowed me to play more with the background making it an integral part of the whole design.
