This is one in a series of paintings titled:  Waiting For Merlot.  Unlike the refreshingly cool outdoors in slide #23,  (Waiting For Merlot #3), this scene is indoors and moody. My cow…patient, comfortable, and contemplative on her red, mid-century modern couch…waits interminably for her favorite wine to be brought to her table.  In “Waiting For Godot,” Godot never comes.
