Waiting For Merlot #3

This is another in my series of paintings titled: "Waiting For Merlot." While the setting for my oil painting in slide #6 is a moody indoor scene, this acrylic work is outdoors. The air is cool, the mountains have a coating of frost, the river is cold. My cow...patient, contemplative, and maybe a little chilly on her red, mid-century modern couch...waits interminably for her favorite wine to be delivered to her table. In "Waiting For Godot," Godot never comes.
