About the Artist

Biography

Art has been my language since childhood. I began with simple sketches, then explored charcoal and pastels, drawn to the emotion in portraits of people and animals. Norman Rockwell’s ability to tell stories through paint inspired me deeply. At Marist University, under Stephen Petruccio, I fell in love with watercolor and illustration—mediums that let me capture both realism and feeling. Two of my most meaningful works were a 7-foot portrait of ballet master John Taras and a painting for the Duke and Duchess of Harwood, commemorated by a heartfelt note on royal stationery. In 2019, my daughter and I founded Live Inspired Art-Dance-Fitness, a space where I now share my passion through painting and craft classes, helping others discover the same joy and connection art has always given me.
