Collection: Sara Beames

For more than 30 years, I’ve been playing with light and color in glass, creating Judaica and jewelry here in the Hudson Valley. What I love most is knowing that these pieces find their way into people’s lives—whether it’s a ritual object used in the home, or a necklace worn close to the heart.

Over the years, my creations have traveled far beyond my studio—finding homes in galleries and shops across the U.S. and as far away as Japan, Hong Kong, England, South Africa, and Australia. A few special moments along the way include designing an ornament for the White House (now part of the Clinton Library) and creating an Eternal Flame sculpture for Kingston City Hall.

My hope with every piece is simple: to make something that feels both beautiful and meaningful—and that brings joy every time it’s used or worn.
